Previous Client Discounted Sleep Program – Preschooler
For parents who we have worked with previously and wish to work with us again for continued healthy sleep for a preschooler who sleeps in a big kid bed!
Note: This program/price is also for families who are seeking our services for more than one preschooler who sleeps in a big-kid bed! I.e. A “sibling rate” for when we work with two preschooler/school-aged children in the same family at the same time! Families pay full price for our Preschooler Program for one of their children, but then our “sibling rate” of $425 for the additional child.

Additional Sibling
When we work with two children in one family, each of whom still sleep in a crib, we charge full price for one child and then $425 (instead of full price!) for sleep coaching the additional child.
Note: If you are booking a program for a sibling who does not sleep in a crib but, instead, sleeps in a big kid bed, please refer to our Previous Client Discounted Sleep Program – Preschooler for this sibling.

(PREVIOUS CLIENTS)
For clients who we have worked with in the past and have some extra questions or need some additional advice about their little sleeper after their program has ended. You will complete a comprehensive two-day/two-night sleep log, and send this to your Consultant along with any specific question you may have, and your Consultant will prepare a detailed email response with feedback on your log, and answers to your questions. (Note that this service is not within the supervision of our Registered Social Worker and therefore no invoice describing such is provided for this specific service.)

20-MINUTE FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL
(PREVIOUS CLIENTS)
For clients who we have worked with in the past and have some extra questions or need some additional advice about their little sleeper after their program has ended. You will complete a comprehensive two-day/two-night sleep log, and then have a phone call with your Consultant to discuss their feedback and have your questions answered during your conversation. Note: This option does not come with email feedback – phone call only. (Note also that this service is not within the supervision of our Registered Social Worker and therefore no invoice describing such is provided for this specific service).

One Week Additional Support
(previous clients)
This option is for clients beginning or in the midst of a two-week sleep program with us, who would like an additional week of service (includes 7 additional days of sleep log review and daily email feedback). If you are a client who has worked with us in the past and requires new/further support, please see our Getting Back on Track Program below.

Monthly Support Calls
(previous clients)
This package is for parents that have worked with The Happy Sleep Company and are so happy with the support they received that they just don’t want it to end! The package includes monthly support calls for 12 months (one support call per month).

When for one reason or another, things have gotten a bit (or a lot!) off track for a previous client, we can help get you sleeping again!
