HEALTHY SLEEP,
Happy Families
Our philosophy is that well-rested children are happier and better able to learn from the world around them; well-rested parents are more patient, and more present for their children; and, well-rested families are healthier, happier, and more able to enjoy each other.
With every skill that your child will learn – be it rolling, crawling, pulling to stand, or even taking solid foods – you will be guiding them, supporting them, and offering love and reassurance all throughout the process. We believe sleep should be treated the same way, with you guiding your child through the course of learning to sleep independently. This is how children learn best.
We are moms – we understand that helping your child through a big change can be overwhelming, and even a little scary. That’s ok – we are here to help you through this process, every step of the way.
Our Team

The tools and knowledge gained through a Master’s Degree in health communications and a Certificate in Infant & Toddler Sleep Consulting have allowed me to help hundreds of families gain amazing, healthy sleep for their children. I also have more than 10 years’ experience in the field of health communications.
Here’s the most important part: I’m a Mom. So, I’ve been there. I am the Mom of an amazing little girl, who wasn’t always such an amazing little sleeper (long before I became a Sleep Consultant!). I have seen, first-hand, the difference that healthy sleep can make to a child and to the entire family unit. When naptimes become easy, bedtimes become joyful, and nights become full of restful sleep, this makes an incredibly positive difference in the overall health, happiness, and well-being of families. After struggling with and then overcoming her own little one’s sleep challenges, Alex says her eyes were opened – not only to how to support her girls in becoming strong sleepers, but also to the bigger picture: Why sleep is so crucial to both our children’s development and a family’s overall well being. This newfound knowledge lit a fire in her to gain the training and knowledge that would allow her to support other families as they navigate the challenges and hardships that come with sleep difficulties.

Molly Peardon has Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She is mom to two precious boys (who are also rockstar sleepers!).
Molly is incredibly passionate about children’s sleep, and loves helping parents get the sleep they deserve. She has experienced first-hand with her own boys how important baby and toddler sleep is, and how key it is to a family’s overall health and happiness that everyone has great, healthy sleep habits. Sleep truly positively impacts a family in so many ways! Molly is thrilled to be bringing that positivity into other families’ lives and sharing the amazing benefits of healthy sleep with as many families as she can!

Lauren holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology.
She has over 10 years of experience working with children, including her roles as a supervising behavioural therapist, and counselor for children with additional needs in-school for the Ministry of Education. Lauren’s favourite and most rewarding role to date has been being a mom to the sweetest little boy.
As a result of her son’s own sleep challenges, Lauren learned early on just how important healthy sleep habits are and the effects her son’s sleep had on her family’s health and well-being. Throughout the journey of achieving her family’s personal sleep goals, Lauren developed a passion for understanding and improving children’s sleep. This experience led her to undergo training to become a paediatric sleep consultant so that she can help other families achieve their personal sleep goals.
Lauren understands and appreciates that every family has their own unique sleep goals, and is really excited for the opportunity to help your family reach yours
A Note About Tears
It is also very important to understand, however, that – while our approach will not have you leaving your child to simply “figure out” independent sleep on their own – there will inevitably be tears involved when your child is learning any new skill, and learning healthy sleep habits is no exception. What is important is that we help our clients manage the protest that comes along with their child undergoing a big change and learning a new skill, so that they learn quickly with tons of love and consistency.

But the changes in our home did not stop at sleep. I used to be such a zombie all day. I was so easily frustrated trying to deal with a baby that was cranky from being over-tired and a toddler who is… well a toddler! And most of this would be taken out on my husband. But now that I’m getting a full night’s sleep, I am able to be the mommy I want to be. I can be patient with my 2-year-old (and my hubby) and I think I’m ready to tackle potty training. Plus, with Liv’s naps being longer, I have the time and energy to get a few more things done around the house. I even started getting some workouts in! Lastly, now that Liv is not snacking all night she eats so much better in the day and is really starting to enjoy the solid food that she really didn’t have much interest in before.
Really, our whole world has changed for the better and we have you to thank. The program worked like a dream but what really made the difference was the personal support and guidance we received throughout the whole process. It was so reassuring to know that we were on the right track and that we weren’t in it alone. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”
Baby L’s mom, (Trenton, Ontario)

After the second day of working with Erin, we had a child who miraculously slept through the night and napped for 1-1.5 hours at a time! My husband and I were totally flabbergasted by these results! The positive change is not only in our child’s sleeping habits, but she’s now a happier baby overall because a rested baby is a happy baby. We now have the time to do things for ourselves and more energy to keep up with our beautiful little girl!
A worthwhile investment to a new rested self and baby… what’s better than that!
Thank you Erin!”
